Shaana A. Rahman is an accomplished and experienced civil trial attorney. A significant part of Ms. Rahman’s practice includes actions against public entities, such as cities and counties, in cases that involve dangerous conditions of public property or negligence of public entity employees, such as bus drivers, public works department employees and city engineers.

Matthew D. Gramly has an active personal injury and family law practice. His family law practice focuses on dissolution of marriages and domestic partnerships, custody and visitation issues, child and spousal support and complex financial and property divisions. He is also involved in litigating serious personal injuries involving bicycles, motorcycles, motor vehicles and public transportation. Mr. Gramly has taken multiple family law and criminal cases to trial and has participated in litigating several civil claims.
